Originally based out of a spare bedroom, Bulk Powders, now BulkUK, was established in 2006. Since then, we’ve been committed to providing every athlete and every individual with the nutrition and inspiration they require in order to not only achieve their goals, but to go above and beyond them.
We were aware that things could be different and better because we were dedicated gym-goers. We wanted to get more out of the supplements that were available at the time, so we decided to change the game and create transparent and industry-leading products that anyone could trust – from athletes to casual gym goers – and that anyone could trust. That’s how we got started on our mission to transform sports nutrition and well-being for everyone.
Let us fast forward to the present day. bulkUK began as a £3,000 credit card loan from our parents, and has since grown to become one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing active nutrition companies. In the year 2021 alone, we will ship over 10 million products to customers who are looking for products to help them on their health and fitness journey. And we’ve only just begun to scratch the surface.
Whether you are a professional athlete or a weekend warrior, we believe that sport, health, fitness, and nutrition are for everyone – no matter who you are or what you do. A healthy way of life is a continuous process that never truly ends.
Because of this, we are dedicated to developing world-class nutrition for you at every stage of your journey. This entails delivering the highest-quality products in the most environmentally friendly packaging, all while maintaining a high level of taste.
We manufacture over 80% of BulkUK products in our very own state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, so we are confident in the quality of our products. Moreover, our conviction that transparency should always be at the very heart of our products continues to hold true today.
Our knowledge and expertise are available to inspire and empower anyone who wishes to make a positive change and become a member of the bulkUK community. We hope you will be able to join us.
Vitamin B12 Tablets 1000mcg
The recommended dose for treating vitamin B12 deficiency is 1000 mcg twice a day for three months. The recommended daily dose of vitamin B12 for the prevention of deficiency is 1500 mg or 2500 mcg (sublingual tablets) per day. It is recommended to take 400 mg of folic acid every day to treat hyperhomocysteinemia in conjunction with folic acid.
Vitamin B12 is a nutrient that helps to maintain the health of your body’s blood and nerve cells, as well as the production of DNA, which is found in all of your cells. Vitamin B12 also aids in the prevention of megaloblastic anaemia, a blood disorder that causes people to feel tired and weak.
Your doctor will determine the exact dosage for you based on your medical condition and other factors. Treatment for deficiency is usually accomplished with a daily dosage of 1000 micrograms, with no adverse effects in most cases.
This bottle contains a 160-day supply of Nature Made Vitamin B12 1000 mcg Time Release Tablets (160 tablets per bottle), which is equivalent to a one-month supply. It contributes to the support of nervous system function and the conversion of food into cellular energy. One tablet per day, with water and a meal, for adults is recommended.

Daily Nootropic Capsules
Some nootropics can be taken on a daily basis without fail, and the majority of people will not develop a tolerance to them (e.g. naturally-derived nootropics like Ginkgo biloba, Andrographis paniculata or American ginseng). Other nootropics, on the other hand, may lose their effectiveness over time if the dosage is not increased on a consistent basis.
When nootropics are abused, they can be harmful to the human brain. Nootropics are any substance that can alter, improve, or augment cognitive performance, primarily through the stimulation or inhibition of certain neurotransmitters. Individuals with a history of mental or substance use disorders are particularly vulnerable to this danger.
At the opposite end of the spectrum from prescription drugs, which have been clinically tested and regulated, there is no assurance that these substances are safe for you, either in the short or long term. In a similar vein, doctors are advised to exercise extreme caution when prescribing nootropics to patients who are experiencing psychiatric symptoms.

Beta Alanine
As a beta amino acid (i.e., a carbon two atoms away from the carboxylate group), alanine (also known as beta-alanine) is a naturally occurring amino acid in which the amino group has been attached to the -carbon (i.e., the carbon two-atoms away from the carboxylate group) rather than the more usual alanine (alpha-alanine) carbon. 3-Aminopropanoic acid is the chemical name for alanine according to the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry. It differs from its counterpart, alanine, in that it lacks a stereocenter.
Ingesting large amounts of beta-alanine stimulates the activity of certain neurons in the skin, causing itching and tingling to occur for a short period of time on the neck, shoulders, and/or arms, among other places. Paresthesia is the term used to describe this sensation. Despite the fact that paresthesia can be slightly uncomfortable, there is no reason to be concerned.
At the moment, beta-alanine supplementation appears to be safe in healthy populations when taken at the recommended doses. The only side effect that has been reported is paraesthesia (tingling), but studies have shown that this can be reduced by taking smaller doses more frequently (1.6 g) or by using a sustained-release formula.
