Neither One World Observatory nor West Plaza allow any pets inside or on its premises at any time. Even when the buildings are closed to the general public, this rule must be followed. Police or other licenced support animals will be permitted by a competent handler on official business, but only in the presence of the handler.
WHAT IF I WANT TO BRING SOME FOOD OR DRINK?
No outside drinks or food are permitted inside One World Observatory.
DOES MY TICKET ALLOW ME TO RE-ENTER ONE WORLD OBSERVATORY?
Standard, Combination All-Inclusive, and Mastercard VIP Tour tickets are all single-use only at this time. The Observatory is off-limits for re-entry.
