What should I do if I need my order by a specific date?
Delivery dates are displayed if you click on Delivery on the product page just below the product description if you are in the UK and opt for their PRIORITY SERVICE delivery. At checkout, when you see the estimated delivery date, you’ll also see the option to upgrade to PRIORITY SERVICE.
Delivery times for international EXPRESS orders placed from outside the UK are guaranteed to be no more than 6 business days.
In what time frame can I expect to get my purchase?
They post Monday through Friday, but their workshop is available seven days a week. Regardless of which shipping method you select, your order will be processed and shipped promptly. Delivery information may be found both underneath each product’s description and again during checkout, just before you finalise your purchase.
What should I do if I don’t get my package?
To see which shipping method you selected, please review your order confirmation. It may take up to two weeks for packages sent via First Class (regular delivery) or First Class Signed For to arrive. Even though the Royal Mail is usually very reliable, there are times—especially during peak seasons—when packages may be delayed. If it has been longer than two weeks, please get in touch with them via this form or by dialling 020 8953 7833. Don’t forget to write down or otherwise keep track of your order number. It will take two weeks from the date of shipment before they send out replacements for items that were not received.
