Founded in 2009, Protein Works is a unique and innovative sports nutrition brand that was born out of a passion for sports nutrition and a desire to raise the bar in terms of product quality and level of service for sports nutrition customers everywhere. For the past several years, the three of us (Mark, Nick, and Karl) have been working in the sports supplements industry with a diverse group of elite athletes and teams.
Protein Works exemplifies the way we believe sports nutrition should be approached and delivered. In order to do things the right way and to listen to our customers on a daily basis, we have made significant investments. We are enthusiastic about what we do, and we are deeply committed to not only meeting, but exceeding, the expectations of our clients and customers.
As for the products, our philosophy is based on three fundamental principles, which are as follows: PURE | PROVEN | PERSONAL. Here’s where you can learn more about what we mean by each of these terms, as well as what makes us tick and how important you are to the overall vision of Protein Works! As is always the case, we’d like to know what you think – the good, the bad, and the downright ugly. We are motivated to improve as a result of your feedback.
Protein Porridge 360
Porridge is a dish made by heating or boiling ground, crushed, or chopped starchy plants, typically grain, in milk or water until they are soft and fluffy. A sweet cereal, it is frequently cooked or served with additional flavourings such as sugar, honey, (dried) fruit, or syrup to create a sweet cereal, or it can be combined with spices, meat, or vegetables to create a savoury dish. It is typically served hot in a bowl, with the consistency of the soup varying. Oat porridge, also known as oatmeal, is one of the most widely consumed types of porridge in the world. Gruel is a type of porridge that is thinner in consistency.
Oats are a nutritional powerhouse, containing a high concentration of fibre, protein for muscle support, and essential fats for joint health. Porridge oats contain approximately 11-15 percent protein, which equates to 11.1 grammes of protein per 100 grammes of porridge oats.
With this method, you can achieve the rich, peanut buttery flavour of nut butter without adding any of the fat found in nut butter (although it is “good fat! “). A one-ounce serving (roughly one-fourth cup) contains 12 grammes of protein! Suggestions for recipes: Breakfast Bars Made With Oats

Fill your TPW shaker halfway with 600-700 mL of water or milk. After that, add three large scoops and shake thoroughly before consuming.
Weight gainer side effects such as cramps and bloating are frequently experienced as a result of excessive consumption of mass gainer supplements. One of the primary reasons for this is that your body is not accustomed to consuming such a large amount of calories, primarily sugar, in a single sitting, as is the case with most people.
It is a calorie dense weight gainer that is intended for those who want to bulk up and gain muscle mass. Total Mass Matrix weight gainer contains more than 450 calories per serving and more than 40 grammes of protein, making it the ideal protein formula for gaining healthy weight, mass, and size without gaining weight.
