Visit Landmannalaugar and the Hekla Volcano region of Iceland on a day trip to the Southern Highland of Fjallabak. Explore a bubbling paradise full of azure lakes, lava flows, and peaks the colour of caramel. Landmannalaugar, in addition to the nearby active volcano Hekla, is one of the most interesting places to visit in all of Iceland. Explore a geothermal wonderland characterised by rhyolite mountains and bubbling hot springs. After a hearty lunch, walk for four hours across the vast Laugahraun lava fields, the narrow Vondugil Canyon, and finally to the top of the multicoloured Brennisteinsalda mountain, where you can see steaming vents and Sulphur deposits.
Travel down the Graenagil canyon, which was formed by glacial torrents, lava flows, and mountainous terrain. If you have the time and the weather cooperates, you should walk to Bláhnkur, a volcano that is roughly 60,000 years old and offers spectacular views of the Landmannalaugar Valley. Soak in a natural hot pool where hot and cold water meet to create ideal bathing conditions; this pool is fed by springs beneath Laugahraun. Don’t forget to pack your swimsuit and a towel!

Get your heart racing on the Hell’s Revenge Trail in Moab by riding a Kawasaki UTV (Utility Terrain Vehicle). Take the wheel of a specially equipped 4×4 vehicle and explore the area with the help of a knowledgeable guide. Hell’s Revenge is a roller coaster, albeit a sluggish one, that travels upon slickrock. The petrified mountains of granite look like sand dunes and may be driven through. Even though it has the nickname “slickrock,” this sandpaper-like surface is actually quite different from anything else.
You can observe real dinosaur tracks and get a bird’s-eye view of the landscape at the Colorado River Overlook. If you want to feel more connected to the group on your trip, stick to convoys of no more than five automobiles. Anyone over the age of 21 with a valid driver’s licence who is confident in their ability to handle the vehicle in terrain with steep slopes and cliffs can rent a buggy. There is seating for up to four passengers in each car.

The goal of GetYourGuide is to democratise travel. A misunderstanding between four high school classmates, Johannes, Tao, Martin, and Tobias, sparked the idea for a novel travel agency in 2009. John travelled about Beijing aimlessly on his first day there. Once Tao arrived to serve as a local guide, the two were able to accomplish all of their trip’s objectives. The company’s founders had come back to Zurich with a mission to change the face of the travel business forever. To what extent? A focal point for the best activities and experiences in the globe.
