Founded in 2009, Protein Works is a unique and innovative sports nutrition brand that was born out of a passion for sports nutrition and a desire to raise the bar in terms of product quality and level of service for sports nutrition customers everywhere. For the past several years, the three of us (Mark, Nick, and Karl) have been working in the sports supplements industry with a diverse group of elite athletes and teams.
Protein Works exemplifies the way we believe sports nutrition should be approached and delivered. In order to do things the right way and to listen to our customers on a daily basis, we have made significant investments. We are enthusiastic about what we do, and we are deeply committed to not only meeting, but exceeding, the expectations of our clients and customers.
As for the products, our philosophy is based on three fundamental principles, which are as follows: PURE | PROVEN | PERSONAL. Here’s where you can learn more about what we mean by each of these terms, as well as what makes us tick and how important you are to the overall vision of Protein Works! As is always the case, we’d like to know what you think – the good, the bad, and the downright ugly. We are motivated to improve as a result of your feedback.

Creatine Extreme
5 quick release capsules with water or juice before each meal for 5 days is the recommended loading dose for adults during the loading phase. During the maintenance phase, take 1 to 2 capsules per day with juice or water to achieve the desired results. Take this product with plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration.
Creatine can be consumed at any time of the day or night. The procedure can be carried out either in the morning or in the evening. The recommended dosage varies depending on your body weight, but as a general rule, we recommend consuming 5g immediately before or after a workout as a starting point. Taking a dose of 3-5 grammes per day appears to be the most effective.
Your muscles will attempt to hold on to this water, resulting in bloating or puffiness around your arms, legs, or abdomen. Even if you’ve only recently begun your training, your muscles may appear to be growing in size. Some people gain between 2 and 4.5 pounds in the first week after starting an oral creatine regimen, primarily as a result of water retention.
