Since its founding in 2009, Protein Works has distinguished itself as a distinctive and innovative sports nutrition brand. The company was inspired by a passion for sports nutrition and a desire to raise the bar in terms of product quality and level of service for sports nutrition customers around the world. The three of us (Mark, Nick, and Karl) have been working in the sports supplements industry for several years, with a diverse group of elite athletes and teams.
Protein Works exemplifies the approach and delivery of sports nutrition that we believe should be the standard in the industry. On a daily basis, we have made significant investments in order to do things the right way and to hear what our customers have to say about their experiences. We are genuinely enthusiastic about what we do, and we are deeply committed to not only meeting, but exceeding, the expectations of our clients and customers in everything we undertake.
On the subject of the products themselves, our company’s philosophy is founded on three fundamental principles, which are as follows: 100% GENUINE | PROVEN | PERSONAL. Learn more about what we mean by each of these terms, as well as what motivates us and how important you are to the overall vision of Protein Works, by visiting this section. Please let us know what you think – the good, the bad, and the downright ugly – as is customary in these situations. As a result of your comments, we are motivated to make improvements.
Brown Rice Protein 80
Brown rice is a whole grain rice that has had the inedible outer hull removed, making it more nutritious. This type of rice sheds its outer hull or husk, but the bran and germ layer remain intact, resulting in the brown or tan colour of the finished product. White rice is the same grain as brown rice, but it has been stripped of its hull, bran layer, and cereal germ. Red rice, gold rice, and black rice (also known as purple rice) are all whole rices with different pigmented outer layers that are harvested from the same plant.
Despite the fact that brown rice has the potential to be a fantastic source of protein, it is not a complete protein because it lacks the amino acid lysine and must therefore be combined with another lysine-containing protein such as collagen.
Despite the fact that protein powders made from brown rice have been available for some time, they are generally considered inferior to whey protein when it comes to muscle growth. Despite the fact that rice protein contains all of the essential amino acids, it does not contain enough lysine to be considered a complete protein.

Pea Protein 80
Pea protein is an excellent pre-workout supplement, especially for those who exercise on a regular basis. It can increase your energy levels by providing you with nutrients, which will allow you to perform a more effective workout. Pea protein, of course, is a fantastic post-workout supplement because it helps to repair muscle after a hard workout.
Because oestrogen / oestrogen is a hormone produced by the body, pea protein does not contain any oestrogen / oestrogen. Pea protein, on the other hand, contains phytoestrogens in relatively small amounts, at a level comparable to that of most other foods and far lower than that of foods considered to be ‘high’ in phytoestrogens.
In terms of nutritional value, pea protein powder is a superior protein source that is high in iron as well as arginine and branched-chain amino acids. It is easily digested and absorbed, and it is suitable for a wide range of dietary requirements.

Soy Protein 90 (Isolate)
Soy protein can assist you in losing weight, increasing your energy levels, and building muscle. Soy protein isolate may also help you maintain a healthy hormone balance and reduce your risk of developing breast cancer, heart disease, and osteoporosis, among other things. Protein is essential for your overall health as well as for your child’s development.
The protein found in soy protein isolate powder is concentrated, but it also contains phytates, which can interfere with the absorption of minerals from the body. However, while soy protein and its powder are a good source of plant-based protein and are high in nutrients, they also contain phytates, which inhibit mineral absorption.
Soy protein isolate is high in protein (23 g per ounce, or 90 percent protein), phosphorus, and isoflavones, and it is a good source of these nutrients. Soy protein concentrate, like soy protein isolate, is made from defatted soy flakes and is a source of plant protein. It contains 70% more protein than soy protein isolate and has a higher content of fibre than soy protein isolate.
