How can I track my order?

Evri is in charge of delivering all online orders.

While your Vision Express order is being processed, you will receive “Track you order” notifications.

When your in-store order is ready, the store will send you a text message.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email from the courier with tracking information if you selected Home Delivery or Parcel Shops & Lockers as your shipping method.

Using the Evri app or the URL in the tracking email, you may monitor your shipment’s progress or make adjustments to its route.

Failed to receive a shipment?

If they are unable to successfully deliver your package to you on three separate occasions, the courier will return your package to them. Using the Evri app, you can reroute your package to a neighbour or a secure location if you were out when it was delivered.

Can I change my details online?

You can edit your personal information in my profile so that it applies to all of your future online purchases and reservations. Your in-store computer systems will not be updated.
